After meeting in Colorado, Peter and I began our life together in Boston. We had lived our whole lives in Colorado and craved a new adventure, a chance to experience the Northeast, travel, and begin our careers. Peter worked for Fidelity Investments for eighteen years, beginning in Boston in 1989. It was a pivotal time to experience working there - working at the 83 Devonshire headquarters, riding the elevator with Peter Lynch and Ned Johnson - and experiencing the October crash of 1987 first hand.
