STEAMBOAT GETAWAY HOME

Our friends Dan and Jen Grooters took the usual purchase of a mountain house from Denver, and turned it on its head. Instead of a usual ski-in-ski-out condominium or house, they instead bought a little historic downtown home. With TLC they restored it to become a perfect getaway for their family, within walking distance of town and the river and all it offers! Jen is an Interior Designer which shows! She kept things simple but beautiful and inviting and it is sized to care for every inch well. It is a perfect beautiful and relaxing getaway home for the four of them.
